Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, an independent provider—your card details are never shared with us.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability or secure it for purchase.

Product Descriptions

We aim to represent our spirits as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. However, due to the handmade nature of our spirits and screen variations, slight differences in appearance, colour, and markings may occur. Each spirit is unique—no two are ever quite the same.

By ordering online, you acknowledge that your spirit will be selected from a batch of similar creations and may not exactly match the image shown.

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your item. To do so, please contact us by email.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is returned damaged or used, we may be entitled to claim compensation.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data. Any information collected is used solely for order processing, customer service, and (if you opt in) our newsletter.

All transactions are handled via Stripe and we never store or access your payment information directly.
